Marketing Qualified Lead

Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL): A potential customer who has shown interest in a company's products or services by engaging with their marketing efforts, such as filling out a form or downloading a whitepaper. MQLs are typically considered a step above a general lead, as they have demonstrated a higher level of engagement and are more likely to become paying customers. The process of identifying and nurturing MQLs is an important part of any successful lead generation and marketing strategy.
